RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return select items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packaging intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Custom orders, made-to-order items, flash sale items, furniture (excluding vintage), artwork, sale items, and chandeliers are final sale and cannot be returned. If a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for a return, a credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee in the form of an electronic gift card.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Please keep in mind the following information:
Orders containing items currently in stock will be processed within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. Larger in-stock furniture pieces will be shipped within 2-4 weeks. If any items are on back order, the estimated restock date will be provided on your order confirmation, but please note that these dates are subject to change. The estimated back order dates do not include shipping and processing time, so please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for your item to ship. Items that are made to order have lead times specified on each product page that do not include shipment time. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping for made to order items. Regardless of the type of order, you will receive tracking information via email as soon as your items are shipped.

FURNITURE DELIVERIES:
Please ensure that the furniture measurements and entry points are considered for delivery. We do not ship furniture to Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may apply to certain states. Deliveries occur on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. It is your responsibility to ensure the items fit upon delivery. A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns. All items must be inspected upon delivery, and any damages must be reported within 24 hours.


WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY:
White glove delivery includes a two-person delivery team, placement of items in the room of your choice, and removal of packaging. Most furniture and oversized items will be delivered to your chosen room. Please ensure the space is ready before delivery for ease of placement. Note that our white glove delivery service does not include the removal of existing furniture.
Before placing your order, check your building's insurance requirements. If we can't meet the requirements upon delivery, furniture items will only be delivered to the front doorstep. While we try to offer white glove delivery whenever possible, it's not guaranteed.
 
READY TO SHIP ITEMS:
Please note that certain items including furniture, art, lighting, accessories, decor, and more are available as 'ready to ship' items. This means that the items will be packaged for shipping within 2-4 weeks of your order date and leave our facility within that timeframe. Please note that the 2-4 week timeline for order preparation does not include transit time, which can take an additional 1-3 weeks. Lead times and ready to ship items are updated as frequently as possible to most accurately reflect the current availability of our products. However, please note that all lead times are subject to change and are estimates. Please be aware that made-to-order items and items that display a back-order date are not considered 'ready to ship'.
